Здравствуйте!
Оплачивала заказ RB670769202CN в конце октября 2013 года. Так и не получила заказ. Продавец уверила, что 11 декабря вновь отправила товар (RB236841983CN).
А что оказывается?
Я позвонила 4 февраля 2014 года в Краснодар в почтовое отделение 350087, сообщила номер перевода RB236841983CN и мне сказали, что это абсолютно другой получатель с другой фамилией! Как такое могло произойти???? Где мой заказ???
