Дубай, ОАЭ. Федеральный верховный суд ОАЭ выпустил закон, согласно которому ругань в мобильном приложении WhatsApp карается штрафом в 250 тысяч дирхамов (US$ 68,3 тысячи) и тюремным сроком, а для экспатов – еще и депортацией.
Суд также поддержал апелляцию прокурора, который оспорил приговор за аналогичное преступление в виде штрафа в 3000 дирхамов и потребовал более жесткого наказания. Суд считает подобные поступки серьезным преступлением.
