Я уже использовал технику "Помидор", но не смотря на её простоту, столкнулся с ментальной сложностью - сама техника превратилась в задачу, от которой хочется уйти. Необходимость действовать в строго отведенных временных рамках наводила тоску и мозг старался найти причину не пользоваться этой техникой.
