Условия возврата товара в соответствии действующему законодательству Украины

Товар надлежащего качества
Товар надлежащего качества в интернет-магазин ЄCTA.com.ua вы можете вернуть в течение 14 дней, не считая дня покупки, при соблюдении следующих условий:

► наличие товарного чека о приобретении товара и гарантийного талона;

► товар не имеет следов эксплуатации *, товар бывший в употреблении возврату не подлежит;

► наличие оригинальной, целостной ** упаковки товара и его комплектующих;

► сохранен товарный вид изделия и его комплектующих: отсутствуют механические повреждения, царапины, потертости, а для товаров в одноразовой (блистерной) упаковке – если упаковка не вскрывалась;

► сохранена полная комплектация товара, предусмотренная Производителем: аксессуары, расходные материалы, сопроводительная документация, программное обеспечение и т.д.

* Следы эксплуатации – любые изменения в товаре, свидетельствующие о его использовании по назначению, для цифровой техники это: установленное или активированное программное обеспечение; пользовательские настройки; пользовательские файлы; автоматически создаваемые папки или другое.

** Нарушение целостности упаковки – это частичное или полное нарушение внешнего вида упаковки, отсутствие каких-либо компонентов упаковки или их сильное, не восстановимое повреждение (правильное вскрытие картонной упаковки ее нарушением не является).
