Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение своих обязательств по настоящему договору в случае действия обстоятельств непреодолимой силы (чрезвычайных и непредотвратимых при данных условиях), прямо и/или косвенно препятствующих исполнению настоящего договора, то есть таких обстоятельств, которые независимы от воли сторон и не могли быть ими предвидены в момент заключения договора и предотвращены разумными средствами при их наступлении.

The Parties shall not be liable for nonperformance or improper performance of their obligations hereunder in the event of force majeure circumstances (emergencies and under these conditions causes), directly and/or indirectly impeding the fulfillment of this agreement, such circumstances independent of the will of the parties and could not be foreseen at the time the contract was concluded and prevented reasonable means when they occur.

Результаты (английский) 2:

Parties are not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure (extraordinary and unavoidable under the given conditions), directly and / or indirectly impede the execution of this Agreement, that is, those circumstances which are independent of the will of the parties and they could not be foreseen at the time of conclusion of the contract and prevented by reasonable means at their occurrence.

parties shall be exempted from liability for non performance or improper performance of the obligations under this contract in case of force majeure (emergency and непредотвратимых under given conditions), and / or indirectly to the execution of this agreement, any such circumstances independent of the will of the parties and could not be unforeseeable in the momen t the conclusion of the treaty and on reasonable means in their occurrence.
