Группа Компаний AAG приступает к реализации собственного проекта по строительству жилого дома «Дом на Фрунзенской» в Адмиралтейском районе.
Проект «Дом на Фрунзенской» будет реализован по адресу наб. Обводного канала, д.108, лит. Ж. Земельный участок, располагающийся в 200-х метрах отстанции метро «Фрунзенская», принадлежит на праве собственности компании ООО «Дом на Фрунзенской», которая входит в Группу Компаний AAG. Площадь земельного участка составляет 1 715 кв.м.
Проект предусматривает строительство 16-ти этажного кирпично-монолитного жилого дома, который станет элементом заключительной части застройки нового квартала вокруг станции метро «Фрунзенская», где ранее начали реализовывать ряд жилых проектов компании ЮИТ, Юнит и Лемминкяйнен. Общая площадь объекта - 11 940 кв.м. Европейские планировочные решения без лишних площадей по принципу только «полезные метры» разработала британская архитектурная компания ARUD Limited. Площади квартир составляют от 42 до 121 кв.м. Дом также будет включать встроенные коммерческие помещения площадью 1 159 кв.м и подземную автостоянку. Проект предусматривает высокий уровень инженерного оборудования, систем охраны и контроля доступа.
Ориентировочный объем инвестиций составит порядка 700 млн. рублей. Проект планируется реализовать к началу 2016 года. На сегодняшний день получено разрешение на строительство, начаты земельные работы.
Объект будет располагаться недалеко от Московского проспекта на бывшем участке завода «Ленпродмаш», на территории которого Группой Компаний AAG был реализован проект редевелопмента. Часть этого участка, площадью в 1,9 Га была продана осенью 2012 года концерну «Лемминкяйнен», где в результате реализуется проект «Тапиола», а для компании «Ленпродмаш» была подобрана новая территория для размещения производства.
«Дом на Фрунзенской» - первый самостоятельный инвестиционный проект Группы Компаний AAG. На сегодняшний день также ведется разработка документации по двум новым жилищным проектам общей площадью 100 000 кв.м, запуск которых планируется в 2015 году.
