Недавно я наткнулась на несколько статей в интернете по теме работы с дома. Больше всего меня заинтересовал форум, где люди высказывали свое мнение по поводу этой работы. Они писали что работа с дома это удовольствие, что они никогда не вернуться на работу в офисе, говоря о гибком графике о том что они больше времени могут уделять себе и своей семье. Они говорили о работа-жизнь баланс. Они могут растить своих детей и работать одновременно.
Но никто из них не говорил о том какие навыки и качества должны быть в человеке чтобы работать удаленно. У меня есть собственное мнение на этот счет и я хочу поговорить об этом.
