Акционерная собственность является одним из важнейших элементов формирующихся современных экономических систем. Ее различные виды обеспечивают объективную основу для превращения предприятий в конкурирующих товаропроизводителей, заинтересованных в эффективности и качестве своей работы, снижении издержек производства и повышении прибыльности.
В данной курсовой работе освещены проблемы развития акционерной собственности в России. На примере ПАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» показаны основные операции и финансовые показатели, размер выплачиваемых дивидендов акционерам, их сравнение с предыдущими годами. По мимо этого, проведен анализ характерных особенностей акционерного общества, их недостатки и преимущества. На основе проведенной работы сделан вывод, который включает в себя пути решения.
