Здравствуйте.Вот номер моего заказа №: 7132752229884,Время заказа: 12:23 Nov. 29 2015,Посылку я так и не получил,я открыл спор,продавец согласился и закрыл спор.В моих заказах написано,что возврат завершён 1 февраля 2016г,но денег по сей день я так и не получил.Прошу оказать помощь в этом вопросе.
