В руководстве пользователя мы рекомендуем устанавливать базу данных программы на сервер компании. В этом случае все ваши данные (шаблоны, история сканирования) не зависят от того, что происходит с ПК с установленным ПО Scanfex с рабочими местами контролера или конструктора шаблонов: поломка, переустановка операционной системы и т.п. Вы всегда можете переустановить ПО на новый ПК, подключиться к серверу с базой данных и работать дальше.

Если по каким-либо причинам вы устанавливаете базу данных на рабочий ПК, то есть риск потери всех ваших данных. Чтобы этого с вами не случилось, мы выпустили обновление утилиты ScanfexDbAdmin и добавили в ней возможность создавать резервную копию базы данных.
