Главный герой - незадачливый риэлтор Дима, жизнь которого - одна сплошная проблема: с работой, с родителями, с девушками…. Он так устал от себя и хочет стать кем-то другим, что случай предоставляет ему такую возможность. Из рук чудаковатого ученого Дима получает прибор Превращатель, способный превратить любого человека в кого угодно. Пытаясь исправить свои проблемы, Дима меняет обликами двенадцать разных персонажей, и вовлекается в водоворот комических ситуаций, когда сломавшийся прибор начинает совершать превращения по своей воле. Постоянно превращаясь, балансируя на грани разоблачения, Дима распутывает свои проблемы и находит самого себя - доброго, умного парня, который возвращает страсть охладевшим родителям, строит карьеру и находит любовь.
