Действительно, законы во многом зависят от времени и места. К примеру взять законы, которые существовали много тысяч лет тому назад, они сравнительно отличаются от тех, которые действуют в нынешнем законодательстве. Древние законы имели более жесткий характер, чем сейчас, но в некоторых странах суровость закона осталась и по сей день. В частности Китай, в нем до сих пор работает закон о смертной казни, исходя из этого мы можем сделать вывод, что в Китае жестко борются с преступностью, кражей, убийствами, распространением наркотиков и другими плохими вещами. В нашем же законодательстве, в Российской Федерации смертная казнь, к сожалению, заморожена. Поэтому в нашей стране на порядок больше преступников, чем в остальных государствах. Но это не говорит о том, что наша страна чем то хуже остальных, просто у каждого государства свои законы, взгляды на этот счёт. Таким образом, подводя итог мы можем сказать, что законы не вечны, как и всё остальное на земле, одни законы появляются, затем теряют свою актуальность, за место них появляются новые.
