Мой счет открыт в национальной валюте. На территории России официально запрещены действия с иностранной валютой. Возможно сделать перевод с моего счета на твой счет. Российская валюта будет конвертирована в валюту другого государства по курсу российского банка. Кроме того перевод облагается дополнительным налогом. Приблизительно 2% от суммы перевода. Я не знаю подробностей этой операции. Мне нужно идти в мой банк и разговаривать с менеджером. Я не смогу сделать это раньше понедельника. Пересылка денежных знаков по почте запрещена законом.
