Экскурсанты собираются около гостиницы Измайлово Бета, во время ожидания, экскурсовод зачитывает инструктаж техники безопасности во время автобусной экскурсии (см.пр.1). Далее экскурсанты производят посадку в автобус, затем отправление. Во время движения экскурсовод рассказывает про район Измайлово, его особенности, историю. По прибытию на место высадки экскурсантов, экскурсовод собирает всех в одном месте, и отвечает на все возникшие вопросы. Далее экскурсовод начинает вести обзорную экскурсию согласно плану мероприятия, показывая места проведения анимационной программы. Вскоре после обзорной части экскурсии, экскурсантов ждет обед, непосредственно после обеда начинается инструктаж по технике безопасности (см.пр.2; выдача брошюр, небольшой карты местности, компасы). Затем экскурсовод рассказывает про этапы, которые ожидают экскурсантов.
Начальный этап представляет собой ориентирование в незнакомой местности, для поиска предмета.

Каждый член группы получает карточку и заполняет свой вариант решения проблемы, затем – работа в парах, в четверках, всей группой. Главное здесь не столько найти верное решение, сколько суметь представить веские доказательства, услышать других, согласовать с ними варианты и принять общее решение. Далее, когда все будут готовы, экскурсантам следует разделиться на команды, методом жеребьевки. Далее в работу вступают двое ведущих, они отводят команды на начало анимационного мероприятия т.е первого этапа. После того как план мероприятия будет выполнен, экскурсанты отправляются на торжественный ужин, где их будет ждать награждения. После завершения ужина, экскурсанты отправляются к автобусу и возвращаются в гостиницу Измайлово Бета
