3.1.1. передавать Лицензиату видеон

3.1.1. передавать Лицензиату видеоносители по Акту приема-передачи.
3.1.2. в течении 14 (четырнадцати) календарных дней с момента получения от Лицензиата запроса предоставить Лицензиату заверенные копии документов, подтверждающие факт обладания правом на видеоуроки и возможность разрешения Лицензиату использовать видеоуроков.
3.1.3. принимать Отчёт Лицензиата;
3.1.4. вернуть Лицензиату один экземпляр представленного Отчёта, заверенного подписью уполномоченного лица Лицензиара, не позднее двадцатого числа месяца, следующего за Отчётным периодом.
3.1.5. предоставлять Лицензиату счёт-фактуру на сумму начисленного по Отчёту вознаграждения не позже чем 60 календарных дней с момента начисления вознаграждения, подлежащего выплате на основании Отчета.
