В рентген снимке черепа в двух направлениях не имеет травматических изменений.
Общий анализ крови гемоглобин 90 г/л, эритроциты 3,2x10*12л. Общий анализ мочи эритроциты 30-40. Кровь на RW, гепатит В и С - отрицательный. Осмотрен хирургом. Анализ кала и флюорография без изменений. Результат УЗИ повышение эхо голоса печени. Повторный анализ мочи чистый.
В отделение проведено обезболивающее, противоанемическое и успокоительное лечение. АС 0,5 введено подкожно. В результате лечения состояние больного улучшилось, общемозговые признаки снизились. Больной по семейным обстоятельствам отказался от продолжения лечения в больнице, выписан с улучшением под расписку и под наблюдение врача невропатолога по месту жительства.
Больному проведено лечение согласно постановлению №600.
