Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: организация защиты персональных данных на предприятии.

Актуальность темы исследования: необходимость в поддержании конфиденциальности персональных данных вызвана быстрым развитием современных информационных технологий, средств электронной коммерции и электронных взаимоотношений между партнерами по бизнесу.
Цель работы: разработка предложений по организации защиты персональных данных в Управлении.
Задачи: ознакомление с назначением и деятельностью Казначейства, оценка материально-технического и программно-аппаратного обеспечения, анализ программного, технического обеспечения защиты информации, ознакомление с организационно-правовым обеспечением защиты информации, а также разработка предложений по организации защиты персональных данных.
Теоретическая и практическая значимость исследования: теоретические исследования, на основе которых разрабатывались предложения по практической реализации усовершенствованной системы защиты персональных данных.
Результаты исследования: были проанализированы программно-аппаратные и технические средства Казначейства, проведен анализ существующих мер и способов защиты информации, были найдены наиболее незащищенные места организации, разработаны предложения по совершенствованию защиты персональных данных.
Рекомендации: установка биометрических дверных замков L5000 и L7000 компании ZKSoftware, введение положений о персональных данных, установка СЗИ Secret Net 7, установка СКЗИ КриптоПро CSP версия 3.9.

The results of the study were analysed: hardware-software and technical means of the Treasury, the analysis of existing measures and ways of protection of information, were found the most unprotected places the Organization, developed proposals for improving the protection of personal data.Recommendations: installation of biometric door locks L5000 and L7000 company ZKSoftware, the introduction of provisions on personal data, installing GIS Secret Net 7, installing CISS KriptoPro CSP version 3.9.
