В случае, когда Заемщик не возвраща

В случае, когда Заемщик не возвращает в срок заемные средства, то на сумму не перечисленных в срок денежных средств начисляются проценты по ставке, указанной в п.1.2. за неправомерное пользование чужими денежными средствами.

Результаты (английский) 1:

In the case where the borrower does not return the term borrowings, amounts not listed in term of money accrue interest at the rate specified in paragraph 1.2. for unlawful use of other people's money.

Результаты (английский) 2:

In the case where the borrower does not return in time borrowed money, then the amount not listed in term funds bear interest at the rate specified in item 1.2. for unlawful use of borrowed money.

Результаты (английский) 3:

in the case when the borrower returns in term of borrowed funds, totalling not listed in term of money accrues interest at the rate specified in the п.1.2. for the illegal use of other people"s money.
