8.2. Если Стороны не пришли к соглашению путем переговоров в порядке досудебного урегулирования, то все возникшие споры передаются на рассмотрение компетентного суда по месту нахождения ответчика.

8.2. If the parties do not reach agreement through negotiations in the manner of pre-trial settlement, all disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the defendant.
