Практическая значимость проекта
Результаты проведенного научного исследования, рассмотренные экономические аспекты и выявленные резервы повышения эффективности безотходной технологии переработки субпродуктов мяса птицы-индейки в Птицкомплексе ТОО «Ордабасы кус» представляют интерес как в теоретическом, так и практическом плане и могут быть использованы для дальнейшего углубления и разработки исследуемой проблемы.
Практические предложения и рекомендации, содержащиеся в настоящем проекте, по государственной поддержке птицеводческой отрасли и активизации инновационной деятельности сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей найдут применение при разработке программ развития птицеводческого подкомплекса как на региональном, так и на государственном уровнях;
Разработанные проектом предложения по совершенствованию безотходной технологии переработки субпродуктов мяса птицы-индейки и активизации инновационной деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов внедрены на ТОО «Ордабасы кус» ЮКО РК.
В результате внедрения новой технологии глубокой переработки мяса птицы – индейки будут решены ответственные задачи, решение которых требует коренного перелома в работе, мобилизации всех ресурсов и возможностей ТОО «Ордабасы кус»
Птицеперерабатывающая промышленность будет не просто перерабатывать всю выращенную птицу, но перерабатывать её без потерь, с полным использованием всех продуктов убоя и с наибольшей эффективностью, т.е. должна быть обеспечена комплексная переработка птицы по безотходной технологии и с рациональным использованием продуктов убоя.
Успешность проекта и реализация результатов НИР обусловлена применением технологического и бизнес-подхода, основанного на проектно-ориентированном управлении.

Предварительные исследование проведены учеными ЮКГУ им. М. Ауэзова и НамИПИ процессов переработки мяса птицы в Птицкомплексе ТОО «Ордабасы – кус»
