Мне кажется, что в современном мире человек каждый день подвергается стрессу, но просто степень стресса может быть различной. Например, причина моего стресса - учеба. Особенно сейчас, когда семестр подходит к концу, и преподаватели задают нам очень много самостоятельной работы. У меня вообще нет свободного времени, каждую минуту приходится что-то делать. Бывают моменты, когда я очень сильно устаю и понимаю, что не могу ничего делать. В этом случае я просто включаю какой-нибудь фильм или сериал, ложусь на кровать и смотрю его часа четыре, а потом ложусь спать. Или я начинаю убираться в комнате, потом что в это время я ни о чем не думаю. Еще один способ расслабления для меня - это встреча с друзьями. Именно так я борюсь со стрессом, но сейчас, когда начинается и зима, постоянно темно и нет солнца, я нахожусь в состоянии стресса постоянно.
