В 2009 году с приходом мирового экономического кризиса, всем компаниям был нанесен мощнейший удар, который поставил компании в тяжелое положение, а многие даже вынуждены были закрыться. Одной из таких компаний оказалась компания БЛА-БЛА. Совет директоров этой компании не знал, что делать дальше и был вынужден искать решение сложившейся проблемы, который бы удовлетворил всех и позволил компании остаться на рынке. Найти выход из сложившейся ситуации оказалось достаточно тяжело. Но было принято решение о продаже 10 грузовиков, чтобы получить возможность на существование. После продажи десяти грузовиков и спустя год дела компании незначительно улучшились, но на себе окупаемость компания выйти не смогла. Себеокупаемость составила лишь 70%. Понимая сложившеюся ситуации совет директоров решил, что необходимо проанализировать все процессы компании, чтобы понять, где происходят нерациональные процессы, которые наносят вред компании и не позволяют получать достаточный объем прибыли. Проанализировав и поняв, совет директоров принял решение обратиться в консалтинговую компанию, для решения проблем. 15 сентября 2015 года к нам обратилась компания БЛА-БЛА, которая оказалась в очень тяжелом положении и которой мы согласились помочь. Эта компания была основана давно, но значительных результатов за период своего существования она, к сожалению, не достигла. Проведенный нами анализ показал, что грузовики ездят фактически пустыми, а маршруты являются нерациональными. Складское помещение, которые должно приносить прибыль, приносит лишь убытки и даже ремонт, который был произведен, не принес значительных результатов.
