Что касается меня, я редко звоню в техническую поддержку. Я звонила один раз 7 лет тому назад, когда мне впервые подключили интернет. Я пользовалась интернетом в течении 3х месяцев и однажды он перестал работать. Я проверяла настройки, перезапускала роутер, пыталась самостоятельно исправить ошибку. Когда наконец я перепробовала все варианты и у меня ничего не получилось, я позвонила в техподдержку. Мне говорили делать тоже что и делала до этого я, но снова ничего не получалось. В конце концов проговорив с оператором 30 минут, мы нашли причину почему отключился интернет. Оказывается мама забрала провод, который соединяет компьютер с роутером, чтобы я начала учиться.
