Слизистая желудка поражена множественными мелкоточечными эрозиями, не выступающие над слизистой, размерами 0‚1см. Луковица 12-типерстной кишки ёмкая, слизистая бледно-розового цвета, в просвете слизь.
Вывод: Эрозивный гастрит.
