Средние мозговые артерии с обеих сторон отходят от внутренних сонных артерий, с обычным сегментарным делением и интралюминарным сигналом справа. Ход и калибр СМА справа не изменён. В проекции 2-го сегмента СМА слева ‚ на протяжении 0.9 см отмечается сужение просвета, более чем на 50% от аналогичной части справа.
