if you want to be healthy, strong and beautiful, you should go in for sports. nobody likes to be stout and clumsy. to begin with, i must say that sport is one of the things that always keep people fit. 1 think that everyone must do all he can to be healthy. Physically inactive people get up earlier than those who have plenty of exercises. if you do daily exercises regularly you feel refreshed, have a good posture and that makes you feel well. my favourite kind of sport is tennis. i have been playing it since i was eleven years old, and the more i play it, the more i like it. there is a good tennis court not far from my house and i often go there with my friends. i think the sport is very useful for people.Don won 't care about your result. care about your health. sport makes bodies fit. we become more with the heart of better.That's why we should swim, bike, skate.Gymnastic and dancing are popular too, as they make us more flexible and we can move easilySport is very important in our life. we meet it since the very first days of the life. when a mother puts her baby's arms left and right it is the first step to physical training. then a child goes to kindergarten and has lessons in physical training.
