Shakina Enterprises Limited настоящим просит рассмотреть вопрос о принятии Shakina Enterprises Limited в Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Грингарденс» (далее – «Общество») в качестве участника и внесении Shakina Enterprises Limited вклада в уставный капитал Общества на следующих условиях:
• Размер вклада в уставный капитал Общества составит 1 400 000 (один миллион четыреста тысяч) рублей (далее – «Вклад»), номинальная стоимость Вклада составит 950 000 (девятьсот пятьдесят тысяч) рублей.
• Размер и номинальная стоимость доли в Уставном капитале Общества, которую Shakina Enterprises Limited хотело бы иметь в результате внесения Вклада: 95% Уставного капитала Общества номинальной стоимостью 950 000 (девятьсот пятьдесят тысяч) рублей.
• Состав Вклада: денежные средства в валюте США по курсу ЦБ РФ на дату платежа.
• Порядок внесения Вклада: путем перечисления денежных средств на валютный расчетный счет Общества.
• Срок внесения Вклада: не позднее чем в течение 6 (шести) месяцев со дня принятия общим собранием участников Общества решения о принятии Shakina Enterprises Limited в Общество.
