The theory of "human relations" has become a formal management program, which includes the study of a wide range of problems: analysis of the impact on group behavior, motives, values of the individual in the course of employment; studies of the structure and workings of the informal groups to study the role and place in the structure of the enterprise area of the city. The theory of "human relations" also includes sociolinguistic aspect: it examines the means of communication and communication tools, workers in the course of employment, the specificity of the language, the structure of their conversation.
The school "group dynamics" is the most psychological research direction of small groups and is associated with the name of a social psychologist Kurt Lewin (1890-1947), who introduced the concept of "group dynamics", which is applied both to the individual and the group behavior.
