Применение процессно-ориентированно

Применение процессно-ориентированного подхода, по мнению ряда учёных, стало возможным только вследствие развития автоматизации управления и появления возможности использования новых информационных технологий. На базе процессно-ориентированного подхода в управлении в развитых странах распространяются новые управленческие приёмы и методики, такие как сбалансированная система показателей («Balanced Scorecard» или ВSС), инжиниринг БП, управление операционными рисками, метод управления себестоимостью - АВС («Activity Based Costing»), IT-технологии, менеджмент качества и т.п.[3]
