Жалобы на периодический дискомфорт

Жалобы на периодический дискомфорт и боль в области сердца с иррадиацией в левую руку и подлопаточную область, головные боли, сердцебиение, общую слабость, быструю утомляемость.
Из анамнеза: В течение многих лет страдает ИБС, ГБ, ПИКС. Макс АД 180/100 мм. рт. ст, при адаптированном 120/80 мм рт ст. Дома принимал: гипотензивные препараты , но не регулярно.
Неоднократно получал амбулаторное и стационарное лечение
Настоящее ухудшение состояния в течении нескольких дней, отмечалось, выше указанные жалобы. В связи, с чем обратился в клинику.
