Существует легенда, что медиков издавна учили специально искажать почерк. Зачем?
А чтобы больной не смог разобрать, что написано в рецепте или карточке. Во-первых, дабы диагноз не смог его напугать, а другие не смогли воспользоваться чужим рецептом и не стали лечить свою похожую болезнь. Но навык “шифроваться” – палка о двух концах. Зачастую из-за плохого почерка страдают коллеги-врачи, фармацевты, а нередко и сами пациенты – неразборчивые предписания одна из причин врачебных ошибок.

Почерк врача – это сугубо индивидуальная манера человека. Никто на эту особенность никакими административными мерами или приказами повлиять не сможет. Пока не будет компьютеризировано каждое рабочее место участкового терапевта, ни о каком красивом почерке не может идти речи. У нас нагрузка на одного врача – две тысячи человек, а на приемах бывает от тридцати до сорока человек в день. Если бы мы имели локальную компьютерную сеть на территории больницы и поликлиники, тогда все истории болезни были бы в компьютерах, было бы значительно меньше ошибок. Мы очень надеемся, что наше лечебное учреждение будет компьютеризировано к 2008 году. Кстати, Украинским институтом усовершенствования врачей на каждого киевлянина уже разработан электронный паспорт пациента. Но система пока не работает.

– Конечно, наши почерка далеки от идеальных. Но у нас очень много документации, нужно записать каждый случай, а время на приеме ограничено. Но когда нужно, мы пишем нормально, особенно когда подаем документы на ВТЭК. Правда, когда пишут консультационные заключения специалисты из других медицинских учреждений, бывает так, что мы ничего не можем разобрать, время теряется бессмысленно. К почеркам своих коллег мы привыкли, разбираемся в них неплохо. Все-таки врачи пишут чрезмерно много, плохой почерк – это наша профессиональная особенность.
