Конвертация суммы долларового депоз

Конвертация суммы долларового депозита в рубли при подписании договора займа носит условный характер, так как по закону Российской Федерации подписывать договор займа в иностранной валюте запрещается. Выплаты Вы будете получать в долларах на ту платежную систему, с которой сделали депозит. Чтобы колебания курса ни при каких обстоятельствах не повлияли на сумму депозита, обменный курс фиксированный, это прописано в п.2.7 Договора займа.
