Здоровый образ жизни – это отличный тренд. Сейчас люди стараются кушать здоровую еду, заниматься спортом и быть активными. Я и мои друзья ведем (to have) здоровый образ жизни. После работы я хожу в зал три раза в неделю. Иногда я играю в теннис. Мой лучший друг не любит тренажерный зал, поэтому он ходит в бассейн. Я часто хожу вместе с ним. Когда мы ходим в ресторан, мы стараемся заказывать здоровую пищу. Например (for example), салат и курицу. Мы очень редко пьем алкоголь. Также я стараюсь всегда спать 8 часов в сутки.
