Для того чтобы электроника смогла дальше развиваться, ученые изобрели - транзистор. Первый транзистор был большого размера , дорогой и медленный, но его создание предпологало увелечение надежности и производительности устройств. Микроэлектронная технология позволила увеличить его производительность, энергопотребление и уменьшить размер транзистора и другие элементы схемы до невидимого для невооруженного глаза. Сократив расстояние между элементами схемы, ученые добились лучшей производительности. Но проблему надежности так и не устранили, так как все компоненты изготавливаются отдельно и для их соединения, используются металлические проводники. И как мы знаем, чем больше компонентов и соединений тем надежность системы меньше. Эта проблема положила начало для формирования полупроводниковой интегральной микросхемы(все компоненты на одной подложке). В 1948 году изобретается биполярный транзистор, в нем заряды двух полярностей участвуют в работе. В настоящее время все электрические оборудования содержат транзисторы располагающиеся на кристалле. Микроэлектроника и наноэлектроника позволила помещать более миллиона транзисторов на одном чипе.

очень полезна, как для простых людей так и для инженеров. Я думаю что каждый должен знать как развивалось то что нас окружает. Ведь все оборудования и техника это все построено на электронике.
