NOVATION AGREEMENT от 31 декабря 20

NOVATION AGREEMENT от 31 декабря 2015 года распределяет основной долг и проценты начисленные и невыплаченные на 31.12.2015 года на три договора займа. Первые два договора займа одинаковые и предназначены для Greenway and Resoliaco (основной долг 4,096,356.66 евро и проценты 273,277.5 евро, начисленные и невыплаченные с 1 сентября 2014 по 31 декабря 2015). Третий договор останется за GH (основной долг 4,096,356.68 евро и проценты 837228 евро, начисленные и невыплаченные за период с 1 октября 2013 по 31 августа 2014 563950,5 евро и за период с 1 сентября 2014 по 31 декабря 2015.
Если данные соглашения будут согласованы Максим подготовит проект письма уведомления о замене стороны по договру займа №1 и №2 с GH на Greenway and Resoliaco соответственно.
