процессы взаимной либерализации торговли, потоков капитала и рабочей силы, что способствует повышению конкурентоспособности национальной и региональной экономики. Региональная экономическая интеграция прини-мает различные институциональные формы: от зон свободной торговли до общего рынка и экономического союза, которые предполагают согласование внутренней политики и принятие общих правил и норм.
