Плевральные синусы свободны.
Органы средостения не смещены. В проекции средостения образований патологической плотности не выявлено. Трахея, главные бронхи, пищевод - без особенностей. Диаметр сосудов средостения в пределах нормальных величин. Сердце не увеличено. В полости перикарда - прослойка жидкости толщиной до 0,6 см. Лимфоузлы средостения не увеличены.
