Как я понял, для рабочего процесса

Как я понял, для рабочего процесса необходима программа “PCS Pro V5”. Правильно? если так, то в вашем коммерческом предложении ее нет в составе системы. Сколько она стоит?
Еще один вопрос: в составе системы 8 печатных голов. 4 рабочие, и 4 запасные? сколько стоит одна запасная печатная голова?
И последний вопрос: Что делать, если печатная голова вышла из строя? подлежит ли она восстановлению, как Кодак? или ее просто выбрасывать и покупать новую?
