К нашему большому сожалению, сообщаю Вам, о том, что мой Босс, разочарован после Ваших переписки с Ms IRIS . Мы не удовлетворены с условиями, точнее говорили о том, что в случае если будет новая поставка, то тогда отправите нам оригинал сертификата, хотя Вы обязаны нам предоставить.
Это Отказ от выполнения обязательств по договору №IFB1402181, пункт 2, подпункт 2.1.10
Мы были рады на протяжении долгих лет сотрудничеству с Вами, но после таких обращений, делает вывод о том, что отсутствует доверия нам. Хотя за текущий год за последние 4 перевозки мы уверенно оплачивали Вам 100% сумму за оказанных услуг нам Вашей стороны, уверенно зная о том, что вы предоставите нам оригинал сертификата.
В процессе оказания услуг с февраля месяца по текущий день мы до сих пор ждем, это действительно очень долгая процедура от Вас, хотя достаточно всего 2 недели, чтобы получить сертификат, в результате от Вас до сих пор не получили оригинал сертификата. На сегодняшний день, наши бухгалтеры не делает переводы денег и банковские услуги тем, кто не предоставили сертификат. Это говорит именно о Вашей компании, хотя Вы являлись, нашими постоянными партнерами в Китае и которое до сих пор обещаете о предоставление сертификата, именно ваша компания осталась последним, которое еще нам не предоставили.
Мы имеем намерение просить Вас, в скором времени предоставить сертификат, и мы не намерены вам молиться, и не стоит нас шантажировать.
Моему шефу не сложно оплатить остаток денег, но после таких выводов мы очень разочарованы.
Мы считаем, что достаточно ясно изложили свои претензии.
