Если честно, то я думала, что везде одинаковая система, если ты умный и хорошо сдаёшь экзамены, ты учишься бесплатно, если ты глупый, то ты должен заплатить за то, что учителя будут мучиться с тобой, нет? Теперь оказывается, что Норвегия гордится тем, что там университеты бесплатные. Какой сюрприз, я ещё никогда за образование не платила. В смысле разве это не Норвегия самая дорогая страна Европы? Конечно, могут хотя бы университеты бесплатные сделать...Поздно опомнились, нет?=)
P.S. Ничего не понимаю в Европе, просто мои размышления=)
