3. КАЧЕСТВО, УПАКОВКА И МАРКИРОВКА.
3.1. Качество и безопасность поставляемого Товара должны соответствовать медико-биологическим и санитарно-гигиеническим требованиям, установленным ГОСТ и ТУ страны-производителя на данный вид продукции, и подтверждаться соответствующим образом оформленными документами:

-удостоверением о качестве Товара, выданным заводом-изготовителем – оригинал;
-ветеринарным свидетельством, выданным органами государственного ветеринарного контроля Украины на продукцию, подлежащую ветеринарному контролю – оригинал;



3.2. Упаковка поставляемого Товара должна соответствовать установленным стандартам и гарантировать при должном обращении с Товаром его сохранность во время транспортировки.
3.3. Маркировка должна иметь информацию на русском и узбекском языках о составе, энергетической и пищевой ценности, сроке годности , условиях хранения .
