Я тебя понимаю...когда я приезжаю на море я чувствую что это мое место!!!Я беру некоторые упражнения из Йоги для дыхания...чтобы нырять...это имеет большой эффект. Еще я практикую медитацию...это помогает мне почувствовать свободу от мыслей и покой...Я слушаю музыку Китаро..Ты делаешь это в горах, а я под водой)))) Иногда я вижу сны, которые становятся реальностью...Иногда я встречаю человека и мне кажется что я его знаю...но я вижу его первый раз в своей жизни...)))Иногда я бываю в каком-нибудь месте и думаю, что я здесь жила много много лет назад....)))Томас мне очень жаль что я не знаю английский язык, есть много интересных вещей о которых мы могли говорить...но электронный перевод делает ошибки...)))машина не может заменить человека)))
