Я выбрала профессию менеджера, потому что это интересная и очень востребованная профессия.

Менеджмент опирается на всю сумму знаний об управлении, накопленных человечеством, и содержит концепции, теории, способы и формы управления.

В настоящее время в нашей стране большое количество предприятий, заводов, учреждений и других организаций, а квалифицированного персонала, который может управлять коллективом, не хватает.

Многие считают, что менеджер – это любой персонал, но это неправильно. Человек без высшего образования, занимающийся продажей каких-то товаров, не может считаться менеджером по продажам, это специалист по продажам. Менеджер – это, в первую очередь, управленец, руководитель среднего звена, занимающийся организацией работы отдела и имеющий в своем подчинении персонал, которым необходимо управлять, т.е. это специалист по управлению.

Менеджер является наемным работником, который должен решать задачи по координации, руководству, планированию, управлению и принятию решений.

Сущностью менеджмента является воздействие одного лица или группы лиц на другие лица для побуждения к действиям, соответствующим достижению поставленных целей, с одновременным принятием на себя ответственности за результативность воздействия.

Без правильного управления персоналом, а также расстановки кадров организация не может успешно развиваться.

В процессе обучения в ИБПу мы будем изучать много интересных и необходимых будущему менеджеру дисциплин, таких как экономика, основы менеджмента, психология, культура речи, маркетинг, философия и другие.

Думаю, что менеджмент научит меня правильно думать, ставить вопросы и искать на них ответы, управлять коллективом и принимать правильные решения для развития организации.

Надеюсь, что выбранная мною профессия будет востребована и полученные знания я смогу применить на практике.
