Очень прошу команду Алиэкспресс раз

Очень прошу команду Алиэкспресс разобраться с продавцом, который не отправил мой заказ, хотя утверждал, что посылка в пути и успокаивал, что я обязательно получу ее! Перед оформлением заказа я уточнила у него о наличии товара и продавец подтвердил, я оформила заказ и он отправил его, но нет нигде информации о посылке почти 2 месяца! Отправить заказ заново продавец отказался, а потом написал, что у него его нет! Хотя до 25 ноября на сайте этот товар был и в большом количестве! Мне очень неприятно, что непорядочно обошелся со мной этот продавец! Прошу команду Алиэкспресс проверить все факты и пусть вернут мне деньги! Надеюсь на Вашу поддержку, спасибо!
