Навык развит полностью. Совместно с командой Волгоградского дивизиона разработан DDP на 2014 год. Рапределены роли руководителей для достижения цели, согласно выставленным задачам. Ежеквартально предоставляется обратная связь по результатам проделанной работы всем заинтересованным лицам. Благодаря вовлечению руководителей территорий в процесс постановки цели, команда Волгоградского дивизиона перевыполнила задачи по дистрибуции и RLP.
