Вновь хотели бы обратить Ваше внимание, что в соответствии с договоренностью, достигнутой на переговорах в июне-июле с.г. в Мумбаи по разработке пакетов первоочередной проектной документации, стороны согласовали, что после устранения всех замечаний и пожеланий индийской стороны, зафиксированных рамками протокола данного совещания, Заказчик выдаст разрешение на поставку соответствующих пакетов документации.

По нашему мнению, мы предоставили исчерпывающие ответы на все вопросы по документации, которые были перечислены в протоколе переговоров от 3 июля 2014г., а также в последующей переписке.

С учётом вышеупомянутой договоренности, просим выдать разрешение на поставку пакетов проектной документации.
