"The King's speech" (The King's Speech) is a film based on real events that unfold in the 30-ies of the twentieth century and tells the story of a difficult period in the life of Prince Albert-the Duke of York, the future King of the United Kingdom George VI. After the death of his father — King George V and the refusal of his older brother Edward VIII from the rights to the throne, George was forced to take the vacant place of the monarch.Prince Albert since childhood, suffers from stuttering, and over time, this disease causes the onset of some psychological problems that hinder a normal life and no doubt had a negative impact on the image of the Royal heir.
