Добрый день!
Довожу до Вашего сведения, о том,что во время проведении инспекции в цеху обслуживания (механический цех) были обнаружены следующие несоответствия:
31.10.2015г.
1. С поверхности трубы, идущей от теплогенератора, капает вода (фото прилагается), образующаяся в следствие конденсации пара. Данный факт усугубляется еще и тем, что непосредственно под теплотрассой находится воздушный компрессор (фото прилагается). При попадании на него воды возникает опасность поражения электрическим током персонала, а также возникновения искры.
2. Также в данном месте нет достаточного освещения. Лампа под потолком перегорела (фото прилагается).

29.12.2015г.
1. Еще более интенсивнее капает вода и образовалось большое скопление воды (фото прилагается).
2. До сих пор нет достаточного освещения. Перегорели уже 3 лампы.

Прошу Вас посодействовать в устранении данных несоответствий.
