Генеральная Ассамблея ООН на своем 60-м пленарном заседании, которое состоялось 17 ноября 1989 г., приняла резолюцию, про возгласившую 1990-е годы «Десятилетием международного права ООН».
Внешняя политика государства реализуется в рамках международ ной системы, где она взаимодействует с внешней политикой дру гих государств и их союзов, испытывает воздействие международ ных организаций.
