Аморальным общественным явлением я считаю порча архитектуры. Это называется вандализм. Вандализм - это сознательное или неосознанное уничтожение культурных ценностей. Вандализм является выражением протеста и исходит из определенных мотивов и намерений.Сейчас по закону порча и уничтожение памятников культуры и архитектуры наказываются штрафными санкциями. С 7 августа вступили в силу изменения в Кодексе об административных правонарушениях, согласно которым размеры штрафов за нарушения в сфере охраны культурного наследия увеличены в разы. Я считаю что это правильно, так как это великая ценность.
